Welcome to the website for Ivey Nance.  The place where romance abounds.  Romance is everywhere.  It's in fiction; in the very air that we breathe but most of all it's in our family history.

Genealogy books are now available for Rosson, Raines, Kee and Allen lines of Decatur and Benton County, TN.

Also available is the family history of John and Elizabeth Smith Craven from Coweta and Carroll County, GA.  The Civil War information had to be put in a separate book and is now available either by clicking on the link to the left or by going to amazon.com.  The book is called Cravens in the civil war.

All my books will pull up on amazon.com by typing in Ivey Nance.

I am currently working on the family history of Lott Ivey with the main focus on the descendants of John Ivey and Armine Leverett.

A brief description for the romance books are listed below.
Do I really believe in fairytale endings?
Ah, sure I do.  Just check out 'That Crazy Dream'.

Do I like children?
Indeed I do.  I seldom write anything without including the little tikes.  You'd already know that if you had read 'A Homeless Orphan'.

Do I like a mystery thrown in with my romance?
Ah, 'The Nonexistent Cabin' will verify that.

Are my books realistic or that way out lovey-dovey stuff?
If you want harsh reality, read 'The Twins".   But if you want lovey-dovey, read 'The Perfect Solution'.

Do I enjoy a good laugh?
'Married?  You've got to be Kidding!' is your answer.

How about a down home type of romance?  Check
out 'There's Trouble Brewing'  it will enlighten you about down home romance.

What am I currently working on?  A genealogy book for the line of Lott Ivey/Ivie.  But there is also a romance brewing in the corners of my mind.  About a kooky yet lovable lady that has her hands full with a nearly headless duck and a dog that is too cold for anyone's peace of mind.

Can you give us a preview of your new book?  It covers the family line of John Lloyd Ivey and Mary (Polly) Cook of Fayette and Carroll County GA which I hope will be ready for publication before the New Year.

How can I order her books?  Click on the link of the book you are interested in, then click on the picture and it will take you to Amazon.com or you can click on the link at the bottom of each description and it will take you to E store where you may purchase.

Have fun and enjoy the read.
